2000-gallon asphalt sealcoating truck mounted spray system – CDL class, automatic

258,842 miles. 2002 Freightliner FL70 with CAT C7 (210 hp) diesel engine, Allison automatic transmission, air-conditioning, air brakes, good tires all around, 2 keys included. 33,000 GVWR (12,000 front axle, 21,000 rear axle).

Includes mounted Neyra 2000-gallon hydraulic motor driven power agitated (ribbon style) asphalt sealcoat tank powered by a dedicated Briggs & Stratton electric start gas engine driving the hydraulic power unit. Spray system powered by an Ingersoll-Rand model 2475F14G air compressor package (new 4/2022) with 30-gallon tank, Kohler 14 hp electric start (+ pull start back up) engine. 2-inch Wilden air operated diaphragm pump with 8-ft aluminum spray wand and 70 ft. of hose. System can easily handle heavy load sand additive sealers.

The truck does not have a spray bar currently installed but did in the past and could easily be added if desired. (The old spray bar parts we no longer have.) Manufacturer’s tank capacity depth chart included. Entire system was properly winterized in the Fall, and interior of tank was properly chipped out and cleaned out this winter.

We purchased this truck used in 3/2010 with 195,921 miles. Tank system is approximately 20 years old.

Everything works as it should. Nothing wrong, just getting old so we are replacing it with a new setup.
