asphalt paving business for sale

I would like retire and sell my asphalt paving business. I have a nice 150tph batch plant with twin 150 ton silos. this is a very nice well maintained plant on 2.5 acres with large shop and storage building. also have almost new office and lab buildings. I also have a very large customer base... turn key with all equipment and trucks... located on interstate... we are a very reputable company with more work then we can handle. price is negotiable... may consider a lease....
